Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from EcoGiving. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, but we also understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Below you will find our returns policy:

1. Return term:

   • You have the right to return within 30 days of receiving your order.
     
     

2. Product terms:

   • Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
   • All labels and stickers must be intact.
     
     

3. Return procedure:

   • Please contact our customer service at uu@ecogiving.nl to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
   • After approval of the return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
     
     

4. Postage costs:

   • The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
     
     

5. Refund:

   • Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price.
   • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
     
     

6. Exceptions:

   • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
     
     

7. Defective or damaged products:

   • If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide an appropriate solution such as replacement or refund.
