  1. Who manages the Utrecht University Store?
    The Utrecht University Store is managed by EcoGiving, a specialist in sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  2. Where do I buy items with the UU logo?
    You can purchase promotional gifts via the website, SAP SRM or at sales counters in the Administration Building or Academy Building. In addition, UU items are available at the 'Greetings from Utrecht' store on Zadelstraat in the center of Utrecht.

  3. How do I order products via ?
    For private purchases: Choose the payment method, enter the billing and delivery address, view the shipping costs and complete the payment.
    For UU employees: Orders with a WBS number are placed via SAP SRM, where an EcoGiving/UUgifts catalog is available.

  4. What should I do if I have a discount code?
    Add the discount code to the shopping cart during checkout.

  5. What is the delivery time?
    Product availability is visible in the webshop. Stock products will be shipped within 48-72 hours after payment. Orders on invoice (for UU employees) are sent after receipt of the order/purchase order number.

  6. What is the delivery address?
    Deliveries via SAP SRM go to the HUB Utrecht Oost at Winthontlaan 30C. Private orders will be delivered to the specified address.

  7. Can I pick up products?
    Orders will be shipped to the specified delivery address. A limited range is available at the Administrative Building Reception and Academy Building Reception points of sale.

  8. Can I order products with extra print?
    Yes, but this must be coordinated with the product range committee of Utrecht University. Contact us at or call +31 (0)30 - 207 2840.

  9. Do I have to purchase products with the UU logo via EcoGiving?
    Yes, EcoGiving is the designated supplier for products with the UU logo according to the framework agreement with Utrecht University.

  10. What is the product range committee?
    This committee compiles and approves the range. Representatives of the Communications & Marketing Department, Students, Education & Research Department and the Sustainability Program sit on the committee.

  11. Can I order custom products or in large quantities?
    Yes, request a quote from EcoGiving via or call +31 (0)30 - 207 2840.

  12. Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
    EcoGiving will take back incorrectly ordered items from the basic range, provided the return order is > €25.

  13. When and how can EcoGiving be reached?
    EcoGiving can be reached on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM via or +31 (0)30 - 207 2840.

  14. How long does it take before I can expect a response from EcoGiving?
    EcoGiving responds to requests, questions or complaints within 24 hours. For quotation requests, the response time is two days.
