The Utrecht University Store is managed by SocialGoodz, a specialist in sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in Belgium and the Netherlands. -
Where can I buy items with the UU logo?
You can purchase promotional gifts via the website, SAP SRM, or at sales desks in the Administration Building or University Hall. -
How do I order products via www.utrechtuniversitystore.nl?
For private purchases: Choose the payment method, enter the invoice and delivery address, review the shipping costs, and complete the payment.
For UU employees: Orders with a WBS number go through SAP SRM, where a SocialGoodz/UUgifts catalog is available. -
What should I do if I have a discount code?
Add the discount code to the shopping cart during checkout. -
What is the delivery time?
Product availability is visible in the webshop. Stock items are shipped within 48-72 hours after payment. Orders on invoice (for UU employees) are sent after receipt of the order/purchase order number. -
What is the delivery address?
Deliveries via SAP SRM go to HUB Utrecht Oost at Winthontlaan 30C. Private orders are delivered to the specified address. -
Can I pick up products?
Orders are shipped to the specified delivery address. A limited assortment is available at the sales points Reception Administration Building and Reception University Hall. -
Can I order products with additional printing?
Yes, but this must be coordinated with the product range committee of Utrecht University. Contact us via uu@socialgoodz.nl or call +31 (0)30 - 207 2840. -
Do I have to buy products with the UU logo through SocialGoodz?
Yes, SocialGoodz is the designated supplier for products with the UU logo according to the framework agreement with Utrecht University. -
What is the product range committee?
This committee compiles and approves the assortment. Representatives from the Communication & Marketing Department, Student, Education & Research Department, and the Sustainability Program are on the committee. -
Can I order custom products or in large quantities?

Can I return incorrectly ordered items?
EcoGiving accepts incorrectly ordered items from the basic assortment, provided the return order is > €25. -
When and how is SocialGoodz available?
SocialGoodz is available on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 via uu@socialgoodz.nl or +31 (0)30 - 207 2840. -
How long does it take to expect a response from SocialGoodz?
SocialGoodz responds to requests, questions, or complaints within 24 hours. For quote requests, the response time is two days. -
